2. Live Programs or Coaching Services
   For live workshops, coaching sessions, or programs:

   • Refunds are not available after the program begins.

   • If you need to cancel before the start of the program, please contact us at hello@breakfreellp.com at least 15 days in advance for a partial refund (processing fees may apply).

3. Exceptional Circumstances
   In cases of unforeseen or exceptional circumstances, refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If approved, refunds may be subject to administrative fees.
